Hugo, Jose, and crew just did some repairs, and painted our home. We are late in the season, and they worked around the weather. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, efficient, affordable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
I am very happy with their work! The new siding looks fabulous and the structure is now safe. (regarding work done on a rental home in 2024) Update (2025): The roof and painting for a different rental are fantastic. Hugo and crew did an excellent job of replacement!
Affordable Construction did an excellent job with our chimney removal project. Hugo is a great communicator, and his crew doesn't stop until the job is done the right way. For example, rather than only re-side and paint the exterior wall behind where the chimney used to be, they re-sided broader area to match the existing siding pattern + repainted the entire back of the house. Painted the exterior of the house following some minor reconstruction and trim repair, new roof, new gutters, picked up after themselves (every day). Nice folks. The house looks good. We'd have them back again.

They did a really good job from start to finish—very professional, attentive to detail, and always willing to listen and make adjustments as needed for our backyard extension and pergola setup two weeks ago.
