10/10 service. Very patient with me. Ran through my options with me. Helped decide on color, when I was finally ready, had the team out within 1 week of requesting. Everything looks great, cleaned up my yard nicely, took off and disposed of a satellite that was unused. Before, during, after photos attached! Worked with Nick. Very understanding, very patient, not buggy/annoying with calls or texts. Very transparent and easy to work with!
I'm glad that I chose Affordable Construction. Nick is honest, the price was reasonable, and the crew did an excellent job. They were here for more than 12 hours and got it finished in one day. I would definitely recommend then, and I will call them again in the future if one of my other properties needs work.
Affordable Construction did an absolutely amazing job of reshingling my roof. They did a complete tear off and replace. They came when I expected, they did an amazing job at an amazing rate. They had to tear off a double layer in one section and replace 14 pieces of decking and it was only a slight increase in price from their quote. And, Nick Johnson was amazing to work with. The whole experience was excellent! I would highly recommend them over and over again.
I got several quotes for a roof replacement. Nick from affordable construction was a big help in solving the problems the contractor I choose left me with. They were and are very helpful and professional even after not being given the contract. I wish I had chosen the best not the cheapest. Thanks, Jim Savage
