Spoke with technicians who helped my determine which computer would be the best fit. They got the old computer completely transferred over to the new one. Everything runs smoothly. If I had one complaint it's that mac keeper was on the computer when I booted it up, which I promptly deleted. I'm not sure if they installed it, but I hope not.

Affordable Computers was unable to answer even one of my half-dozen phone calls regarding the status of my computer. Their phone answering system is akin to that of a large corporation, say, Comcast. And when I picked up my laptop, which they had diagnosed but I wouldn't allow them to repair, they had nothing to offer for their total lack of customer service and communication. One star is overly generous.

I called in with a software question and they incredibly helpful and put me in touch with another company that saved me a LOT of money on the software I needed. These are some really honest people and that's rare in the industry. Thanks for your help Affordable Computers!

Had a great experience with Affordable Computers. I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad there at a reasonable price, and have been very happy with the product. I asked a lot of questions before the purchase, and they were very helpful in their responses. The warranty I bought was also a good deal. I recommend this store highly.

The name is completely misleading. The service was slow and really annoyingly condescending and the quote they offered me was almost triple what the GeekSquad at BestBuy later landed up charging me for the same work. Give this place a miss. I had to pay them $20 just for the ridiculous quote. Such a rip off.
