I called explaining my problem with my new computer he assured me he could help went over. He told me he charges 40$ per hr. no problem. As I explained my problem was with my password he realized he couldn't do anything which he should when I called. He sat there for 5 mins. Turning my computer on and off. He told me about dust bunnies. It's a new computer. He couldn't do squat then after 5 mins. He wanted 20$ for nothing. We paid him unfortunately but he is less then honest. He is a rip off . Don't go there.
