these people try to collect as many application fees as possible after already making a decision about next renter. It is done purely to collect the money, and they dont use it for background check. The company claimed they ran background check but could not provide copy of it for me (because they never attempted to do it, it was purely about collecting the fees after already renting out the place). they couldnt even spell my name right despite having it in digital application and email.
