My first time working with this company and I couldn’t be more impressed with their due diligence and attention to detail. They were very responsive, even though it’s a busy summer time, and I appreciate their professional transparency.
I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on my A/C unit. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly through out the process.
Guys came out to do a warranty service, and when I noticed after they left, that the incorrect (although still functional) thermostat had been installed, I called them back, and they came back out and replaced it with the right one. They seem honest and upfront. I would use them again for a more extensive repair.
