Family has been using the company for years. Always honest. He saved me a bunch of money by diagnosing my problem before the home warranty company sent a very bad tech. Jeff taught me about my system so I knew what to say. Hard to find people like this!
These guys are great!
Scheduled a appointment a week and a half in advance with a firm time. Technician never showed up at that time. Wife called in and they mentioned he was stuck in traffic.......A simple phone call from the technician or dispatch would have been appreciated. When he finally showed up the technician was only here for 15 minutes, explained what was wrong and said we would have to schedule another appointment.
