Worst customer service ever had a supposed to be technician come out to diagnose my furnace and was told I had to replace my igniter switch and board and recommended a new furnace I reached out to one hour heating and cooling for a second opinion which means I had to pay for another service call they diagnose my furnace and found that the gas was turned off and the previous technician had turned my blower on to run none stop they fixed the problem with just the service call and my furnace is running perfectly fine thanks to ... read more
