Most horrible experience. Nails are sticking out every where. Sam blamed it on cheaper carpet that I picked????? What??? The nails don't stick out when I hammer them down. Unprofessional, dubious.

David and his team were extremely professional with the carpet project. He offered a lifetime warranty on labor so that his guys will come back and fix any issues with product purchased from him. Great job!
Love these guys. Great prices and great service. Can’t recommend enough.
Mark came by to give us an estimate on having our hardwood floors refinished. After spending about an hour here and telling us that we had at least a few sandings left in the floors (1870s), he gave us a quote, scheduled a time, and told us to expect a confirmation call the week of. We moved all of our stuff off of the floors, took down pictures, cleaned out closets, etc. and made plans to be away during the work.
