Initially meeting with them it was a decent experience. Pleasant people. Bought the car and was waiting on plates. My temp was going to expire so I called them to see what was happening and I got an excuse but they extended out the temp. Sure enough time went by with no word and got to the end of the next permit with no word on the plates. I had called them multiple times without any answer. Got a car back February 2023. 2011 Kia optima. 2 days in the cars transmission went out. The owner initially seemed willing to help with all costs to fix the problem considering I didn’t ruin a transmission in 2 days. He told me that he had a personal mechanic that was going to work on the vehicle and he ended up taking it off my hands. It took him three months to put a faulty transmission back in my car, and all it did was downshift hard, and clearly wasn’t fixed properly. Same here a week after not even a week 5 days later car broke down..... 800 dollar fix also u have to call mved and they'll let you know what to do
