Run away!!!!! This place sucks!! All lies booked and paid for a cabin they moved moved me to a dump I wish I could post pics!!! Because someone could have died I'm not kidding DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK TRUST ME AND LOOK AT TRIP ADVISOR THEY HAVE OLDER REVIEWS OF MY SAME PROBLEMS AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING!!!
I had this huge comment already to post about our experience at the Tranquity Cabin, but decided to just inform everyone that this cabin was infested with roaches and ruined my wife and my Anniversary getaway. The owners say they had it exterminated but be leary when renting cabins from this company. Also if you decide to rent with them, become familiar with H.R.5111 - Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016
I would rate it lower if possible, The cabin was beautiful but that is the only good thing I could say about it.
We stayed at the castaway cottage in destin florida and it was the best times of our lives. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We had a golf cart to get around and go to the beach on. What made it the best by far was the pool. I highly reccomend everyone to stay at this house. The staff is so awesone as well. Very helpful during the reservation process and the check in was so awesome and easy. I will definitely be using this company for all of my vacationing needs.
We had the worst time with this cabin company gave our cabin to another person. And still have not got our money back. Manger was very rude and is still that way. Called the police on me when I got angry !!!!
I hear the way you treat your clients. Don't ever use these people. They are rude thieves and liars
We absolutely LOVED Cuddlers View Cabin!!! Clean,cozy and a stunning view!!! Just wasn't pleased with the "extras" such as the rose petals and choc covered strawberries. But will definitely return!! Best Place to spend our 10th wedding anniversary and will never forget it�
Best time ever we stayed in Rolling in the hay for our wedding ceremony This cabin company did our wedding and our honeymoon from the minister to the photos and breakfast basket and the steak dinner and beautiful roses to our cake and all of this and more for less than anyone else and we couldn't be more satisfied thank you for everything
We rented Honey Mountain Fever for 2 nights and the hot tub was messed up. When we first got here the hot tub was green and only half full. We called and the lady acted like it was no big deal. I will never rent from this place again....
