My mom passed away June 5th, 2024 and the process was horrible. We waited 4 months for the death certificate and each time we had to keep calling the funeral because they don’t call you back it was frustrating having to call every time to get an update. Then they messed up her name on the death certificate I got tired of having to go back and forth and now it’s been a year and they still haven’t fixed her name on the death certificate. Worst service ever.
Kristin, is amazingly talented and phenomenally knowledgeable about every process that you may have questions about or may require. Her ability to communicate and keep you updated were exceptional and a blessing to have during such a difficult time for the family. This company should promote her ASAP to CEO or PRESIDENT of the company‼️
I had my son's service there on February the 27th. After my daughter and I made the preparations with Mr. Falcon we had the best conversation! Not only was it affordable but they are the nicest people and you feel comfortable and welcomed. They did not grandstand like most funeral homes do at times like this but they were there if you needed any help!
