Needed a shower remodel due to a shoddy installation by the builder of our condo. We had many leaks and they couldn't be stopped. After shopping around, we selected AFFORDABLE BATH, INC. located in Springfield/Northborough, MA. They provided quality products at a great price. Three crews worked at our condo...... a demolition, crew, an installation crew, and a finish crew. After asking me to pick out some of the products I wanted in a bath remodel, I submitted the products by email. 15 days later (I had tried many times to reach them, by phone and email) Christine answered and when I asked if they were going to reply , she said it wasn't a good match, I answered with you should have had the decency to let me know and then hung up. After initially speaking and meeting with this customer, we waited for her to submit the choices for her project.
