Pavlo started my bathroom renovations Dec1st to Dec 9th 2024.. Pavlo Polenchuk took off my 17 inch toliet and brought back a bigger toliet he couldn't install cause his emplyee installed the tiles 8 inches past the bathtub so Pavlo said I'll get you a 17 inch after a few days where's the 17 inch toliet Pavlo says I ordered it and still keeps saying it's on order April 9th will be 4 months Pavlo dosn't honor is guarantee i year waranty be really weary of his 2 company's Afortable Renovation and Renovation on Time their both i... read more
i earlier reviewed Affordable Bathrooms at 5 stars. However i did not acknowledge the communication problems, the mess left in our yard and gargage, irregular hours, arriving without notification, the delays, and so on. I was willing to overlook these as I was so happy with the solution. However, the shower, which Pavlo promised would never leak, issues more water more than before it was"fixed" causing much damage to the floor and ceiling of the room below. Update: I pointed out a defective part but it has been very difficult getting it rectified. My calls have been going straight to voicemail and messages unanswered, which makes me question how the 1 year warranty works. Pavlo installed a custom tiled shower stall for us in our basement for a very reasonable price and with excellent workmanship.
I was very impressed with Affordable bathroom solutions. My glass shower broke and needed to be replaced. I called and was able to have it replaced fairly quickly. Great to deal with, fair price, professional, great service! I would highly recommend. Thanks Pavlo
