Very disappointed in Bob who promised me several times he would work on my vehicle and than stopped answering my calls. I have never been this disgusted by a mechanic in my entire life. If you didn’t want my business you could have just told me instead of ignoring me after promising to work on my car.

This man does not even deserve one star i dropped my car off 3 times for the same thing the first time he had it for 3 days just to look at it told me when to bring it back but didnt have the part the first day then had it the second and still did absolutely nothing so i took my car back again asked him when can i bring it where he could actually do the work he gave me a day and then didnt even open or bother to call me to let me know and then he put my muffler that i paid for on someone elses car which is illegal not to men... read more

Came yesterday at 11 am, nobody is here. Got told they forgot to write it down, took the lady 30mins to call me back while i was actively sitting there, but she did work with me to get me in the next day after work which was convenient. HOWEVER, when I walked inside, I had to announce that i was there for an oil change, and he immediately says "tomorrow". I said, "no it was supposed to be yesterday morning and got put to today because someone forgot to write it down" he says okay, then proceeds to walk over to the book to ch... read more

Paid to get a job done… had my car in the lot for 8 months.. untouched. every time i kept inquiring about it, it was every excuse in the book on who didn’t send parts etc. I went there after being fed up one day.. and drove my car off the lot. Job was never done, did maybe 1/5 of it (and not really right might i add) put some new doors on the car (that i personally had to drive 6 hours to pickup) and still has the money to this day and the car is maybe half way fixed… go somewhere else. i will never return here ever again.
