An honest business, with extensive expertise. Been to Affordable several times in the last 4 years, they've never failed to fix the problem(s) the first time. Never took longer than 3 days to complete a repair. Pat, the owner, stands behind his work with a generous warranty policy when you pay for parts & labor. Their rates really ARE affordable, but the quality of work is outstanding. Not many shops like this left.
WE WERE TRAVELING FROM NEW York TO HARBOR SPRINGS IN OUR 1950 CADILIC WHEN OUR CAR OVERHEATED AND STOP RUNNING ON I 75 WE FOUND AFFORDABLE AUTO IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND CALLED AND TALKED TO PAT TOLD HIM OUR PROBLEM AND HE TOOK OUR INFOMATION AND SENT A WRECKER WHEN WE GOT TO THE SHOP I WAS IMPRESSED IT WAS CLEAN AND LOOKED LIKE NEW I TOLD PAT I THOUGHT A WATER WENT BAD THAT IS WHAT MY MECANIC AT HOME SAID SO THEY CKED IT OUT AND FOUND A BRACKET HAD LOSENED UP AND BROKE MY BELT THEY TIGHTEN THE BRACKET AND REPLACED THE BELT AN... read more
