SO unbelievably rude. I called to tell him my car was being towed there for an alternator changed. Asked for the old alternator back and he, with an attitude, said it would cost me $50-80 to keep my own alternator… that I paid for… I have been kind and polite to him this entire time. while I’m talking to my mom trying to decide what to do I guess the big man has a patience issue because he started spouting “am I putting it on your car or what?” So I called him out for being a d !ck and he refused to fix my car.
