First off let me say if there was a way to give this place more then five stars I would. Not just because Sammy is an awesome and honest mechanic or the fact his wife is beyond sweet and so helpful but because they are honest and real. The true definition of southern hospitality. My husband and I were traveling through Maryville on our way home from a trip and our alternator started going out. I quickly googled auto repair shops near me and found Affordable with great reviews. We coasted into the parking lot where we were greeted by a very busy mechanic that took the time to run some diagnostic tests for us weary travelers. Extremely happy with everything. Got an appointment same day, out and fixed in an hour. Also, very nice people. I definitely would recommend them.
I had a big problem putting the parking brake assembly back together on my ford pickup, couldn't figure it out. I took the parts to a several different shops close by, and they said they couldn't fix it, that I had to buy another whole assembly that was already put together at the factory - at least $300.00 at the ford dealer. Reading good things about Affordable Auto, I drove across town to give them a try. They fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Talk about being affordable!
Excellent Service!!! Sammy is honest and will treat you great. I am so glad we went there instead of the dealership. His shop is immaculate too.
Go see these guys!!! Seriously... It’s Chick-fil-a type service for less than you’ll pay anywhere. These guys helped me out today in a HUGE way and got done in 15 minutes what I had been quoted 2.5 hours @ $75/hr from another repair shop. You have a new and very happy customer!! These guys are awesome and they seem to really enjoy what they do!
