Justin does not have a drivers license or a vehicle so therefore whenever any vehicle gets dropped off, he takes it upon himself to drive all over town. He’s already gotten two customers vehicles impounded he’s neither a certified he hasn’t been for years if you notice in the picture you’ll see the issue date or the expiration date on those pictures. This mechanic doesn’t have a license and he doesn’t have a car so whatever car he gets dropped off there he’s driving it all around town as much as he can and he’s not certified.
