The building was built 18 inches lower then it was needed to be. I talked to the city surveyor and they confirmed this. Affordable attic decided to not do this to save money at the expense of the customers. The unit flooded with 3inces of water as a result and countless customers lost their most prized items. The unit made it clear that the flood insurance they sell doesn't cover floods only water damage due to burst pipes. The unit does not have water pipes i confirmed this. Pues muy mal atendimiento de las personas que trabajan ahí porque fui ahora a sacar un Storage y me dijeron que ya no me podían atender con uno porque según yo había dejado un mugrero adentro de mi Storage y yo nunca dejé nada sucio adentro del Storage no sé por qué no Tome una foto para ponerla aquí y todavía ella me dice que no me puede rentar uno porque mucha gente entra y sale muy mal servicio y la gente de ahí es muy grosera
