They had a technician right out to my house on a Sunday afternoon, discovered the problem and now my heat is working like a champ again. Went above and beyond to keep us warm and safe. Thanks guys.
These folks are wonderful and have been so helpful for the past 2 years. I just had someone walk me through, on the phone, how I could fix my unit and it worked! I babysit 2 children one being a baby and a 4 year old and my 6 year old son and it was 96 degrees in my home and he helped me through it. I couldn't be more appreciative!
