I just want to let you guys know that I called because my refrigerator had been freezing food for over a year now and after buying TWO main boards (off eBay or amazon that OBVIOUSLY we’re defective) the owner suggested I make sure the boards were new and in the box. He even went online for me and I bid on a brand new board that is now WORKING PROPERLY!!! I had wasted money on defective main boards. THANK YOU (you could’ve just sold me a fridge, but instead helped me out and saved my family money).
