My GE oven failed with a message lower fan has failed and called it in for repair on July 3. Technician came out following week to very what I had told them over the phone. Service charge of $125 for the trip out to read the message. July 15th came out to fix the oven but the part was not correct for my GE oven. Heard nothing so on July 22 called them for status. Could not get an ETA for correct part. No communication from them so I called them on the 24th for status. No updates and said they would call me on Monday the 28th... read more

Anyone who is in need of appliance repairs, I highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair. This is the 2nd time I’ve had them and very happy with their service. My electric stove had problems and Edger came out and fixed it! He even had to go to the appliance store to buy a part and came back and fixed it! He was very informative about my stove and very knowledgeable about it! Call them!!!

They lied about the diagnostic fee and did not diagnose my issue correctly. The tech Spencer is terrible. Will never use and never recommend. Apparently the manager Bailey said Spencer has 13 years of experience so he doesn’t have to pull the panels off to diagnose, he knows what’s wrong just by looking at it… absolutely ridiculous. What a stupid company. Don’t use these crooks they can’t even do a proper diagnosis for repairs. Edit more low reviews proves my point. They are fraud.

Fraud! Don't use them. I called with my GE Washer/Dryer Appliance Model numbers, told them part message and part number and diagnostic codes. Everything you need to know prior to an in-person appt. I asked them to verify if they have parts available for this model prior to arriving in person. Technician showed up after getting lost (so plenty of time to tell me via phone he doesn't have parts for my model).
