A technician from this company came out to work on my refrigerator, and made the ice and water work again by replacing a part. After he left a noise started coming from the refrigerator. So had them come out to check it. He talked about 5 minutes explaining the problem and cost me $129 dollars, for what 5 minutes. He said the noise comes from the pipe behind the refrigerator, and that the pipes have to much pressure. We'll if he's a good technician he should have caught that before. When you call the lady that answers is the sweetest thing. Absolute doll. That said the tech came out, took apart the fridge, pointed at what was wrong, told me a total, and said he could not provide an invoice and when I insisted I wouldn’t agree to repairs until I had one, said I’d have to call the office. I finally have another day off work and call the office and am told they have to contact the tech to write one up (the same one that couldn’t get me an invoice days ago while at my home). DON'T EVER USE AN INSTALLER NAMED IVAN!!!! HE'S A SCAM!! HE POSTED ON THE NEXT DOOR APP THAT HE'S A PROFESSIONAL MOVER AND OWNS THIS COMPANY. THEN CHARGED ME $100 MORE WHEN HE GOT TO MY HOME!!
