These folks are great. We’ve been using them for many years and they are the only people we trust with all our appliance repairs. And that’s the key, “trusted service”, and I’ve told them that. They always do the job right.
Horrible experience. We called and had a technician come out to take a look at our washer (told him the codes it was showing). He then asked AI what the codes meant then went on YouTube (which we did before we called Affordable Appliance Repair). It is a stackable front load Maytag set. He then said he couldn't tell us what it needed because he didn't see the model number and serial number. He then said he thinks he can fix it for "around $550". Then he gave us a bill for $125 service call which could be applied to a repair,... read more
Spencer was great! He left after looking at our dishwasher thinking he needed to order a part. He came back minutes later to check the heat sensor, adjusted it and now our dishwasher works perfectly! Thanks Spencer!!
