Excellent Service! I have called on Ken twice to help me with a dishwasher and fridge. In both cases he was quick to respond and explained in detail what the problems were. He communicates well and his rates are very affordable...I will call him for all my appliance needs without hesitation. I am never happy to have to pay out for repairs, though in both situations with Ken I came away relieved with the whole experience...
