They are rude and hung up on me because I waited 9 hours on the day they were scheduled to come out and never showed up!!! No phone call to let me know they wouldn't be out!! Stay away!!!
Terrible and expensive experience. Booked through what I was informed later was a third party who charged 60 for holding the appointment. This was to be applied to the repair. I thought that was fine. Then, I was quoted 190 for an oven igniter (oem part is 80). Part they used is 43 online.I objected and was told if I wanted to save money just fight the 60 appt charge with my bank since it is not applied to the repair anyway! Very prompt and flexible scheduling. It was great dealing with Vincent highly recommended!
just direct opposite to "Affordable", came to see my dead dishwasher, suggested new console assembly and new motor without touching the dishwasher and charged me $170 for the visit plus $300 quote for the new parts, together more than a new dishwasher cost! Total rip-off, stay away.
Vincent was timely, professional and courteous when repairing my dryer. Very good about keeping me posted on arrival time and got there when he said he would. Was able to work efficiently in a small space. Would highly recommend.
