**This is the FIRST review I have ever written based on poor service.** An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning on Sunday evening with "Roger" to repair my washer. I scheduled my day around this (also a small business owner, no work, no pay). On Tuesday morning "Roger" calls my home and leaves a message. I return the call twenty minutes later and Roger states that "I called him back too late" and his "day is full now because refrigerators take priority over washers."
