Rude people I wated over 5 hours to find out the repair man wasn't even going to try to come out in my promised time because the lady in the office rushed me off the phone not getting my unit number in a DUPLEX oh god forbid he had to knock on a second door even though that would not have happened as I'm the first door ! I lost an entire day of work and didn't get a tech out even I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Wow!! How rude!! I called for help...and was pretty much hung up on.. Very nasty and would never recommend or do business with this company. Maybe who works for us,representing our company should matter more. Good riddins.. Someone else will get our business!
