Truly Affordable – I would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Repair. Lou is one of a dying breed. He is honest, reliable, and truly "affordable". He arranged to come as soon as I was available so I could get my washer running again. He has worked on my other appliances as well. He is such a positive and upbeat person. He saved me a bundle by bringing my 12 year old washer back to speed and I was able to avoid purchasing an new one.
Outstanding Service! – Our four-year old dryer suddenly went south on us. We called Affordable Appliance Repair and had Lou out to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. Lou was friendly, cheerful, diligent, professional, and amazingly honest. The dryer heater was replaced in short order and we were back up in the saddle once again. Our laundry equipment goes out occasionally and we'll have Lou from Affordable Appliance Repair out again the next time.
OVER-THE-TOP GOOD! – Our rental property needed the dishwasher repaired. I found Affordable Appliance Repair online and when I spoke to Lou he advised me to check and see if I had a warranty on the appliances in the condo since we purchased it less than a year ago. He actually cared enough to advise me how to save money even to the point of turning a customer away! We do have a warranty. Reliable, fast and honest! – We had a major problem with our dryer and were getting ready to leave on a trip in a few hours and Lou was able to squeeze us in and get it fixed in a jiffy. We use him exclusively because he is ALWAYS dependable, does an excellent job and his prices are very reasonable. Prompt and Honest! – After waiting 4 days for an appointment with another local appliance repair company, who couldn't manage to make it to my home in the 4 hour window promised, I called Lou at Affordable Appliance. I spoke to him about the problem and he was out to my home within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed and repaired my range. Gave us a call to update arrival time, worked quickly to assess problem, provided realistic quote , completed repair in most professional and timely manner. Customer satisfaction a priority. Lou is the man!! – If you need appliance repair this is your man. Called him re dryer issue, thinking I needed to purchase a new one. He returned my call promptly, assessed the situation over the phone, told me what to try first before he came out....I did what he said and sure enough it was a vent issue not a dryer issue....he even followed up with me before I called back, and then referred me to someone to fix the problem!!!!! Amazing:)))
