Don’t let the name of this place fool you. They’re absurdly expensive. Many options around the area that are much cheaper. Don’t despair over a crazy expensive bill. Just walk out and find another place. Quite literally every other vet is cheaper. They wanted around $500 for bloodwork for my cats neutering that I got done without needing bloodwork under $200. Left very disappointed. Won’t be coming back.
Took our dog today at 10am because she wasn’t eating, but she had diarrhea and started vomiting. Paid to have tests ran, then around 2pm met with doctor telling us she had an inflammatory esophagus spent a total of $1,137.91 for tests, injections and medication only to have our dog pass away 4 hours later. I think they should remove the word “affordable“ out of its name. My dog got a fox tail and potentially an infection and they wanted to charge me almost $1000 in blood tests, revision, sedation, vaccines he already have, etc. Last time in Azusa Animal Hospital I paid &180 to get the foxtail removed, antibiotics and creams included. Next time I will drive half an hour to get really affordable dog care.
No good no compassion for feral I called for some resources two momy cats and 4 wk old litter. Looks like both moms are sick and babies too. The receptionist told me to call animal control because they don't treat freaks.
