During a really hot stretch I had my AC give out. Was running but suddenly not cooling properly. It was 7pm. I had family in town staying with me and temperatures were rising. I left a message and Mike called me back within 30min. Super professional friendly guy. They were running all over town that night but said they would get me in. I'd highly recommend Affordable American Air to anyone I know looking for HVAC help. Mike and Dylan quickly came out to my house to diagnose the problem with my AC. I had a new AC installed the very next day. I felt I could trust Mike and Dylan right off the bat. They seemed knowledgeable, trustworthy, and affordable - I couldn't ask for more! 10/10.
