Our technician, Michael E. was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did during my maintenance visit. I highly recommend the company for AC issues.
Tech was polite and respectful. Paid 480.00 for a new thermostat! Problem was solved and you should have to pay for that…I get it but cmon 480.00 for a new thermostat that doesn’t include WiFi?? 99.00 for service call plus 380.00 for the repair. Ouch!
