Aiden was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to us about what was going on with the central air conditioner. He provided us some recommendations for the unit. We are very pleased with the results. Not so much with the labor costs for being here for an hour or so. This is the second motor within 3 years on a unit that’s only 3 years old. We will be looking for a discount on the cost or we’ll be looking to switch to a new company.

My Air went out on a Sunday and when I called the phone was answered right away by an employee (not a service). It didnt take long for Aiden the technician to arrive. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and efficient. He found a leak and by end of day I had a call from the supervisor to explain what happens next. Great communication from Affordable Air and very friendly service.

I had a great experience with Affordable Air. Aiden came out to service my AC and was on time, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He didn't just do the job and leave he took the time to explain what he was checking, answered all of my questions, and even gave me a few tips on how to keep my system running well. You can tell he actually cares about his work and wants to help his customers, which is hard to find these days.
