Not impressed with the owner's customer service. No call back after a promise to call back because she felt insulted over literally a benign conversation to try and get a tech out even though I possibly wouldn't be at the house. Offered to provide a key, pay in advance.... She thought that was offensive apparently so she ghosted us and I had to call back today to surprisingly hear how her feelings got hurt and we could go find someone else.
