My c/a quit working on Friday evening after business hours. I called and left a message explaining my situation. Within an hour I received a call from James and told him my concern that the capacitor may have gone bad. He quoted an estimate for diagnosing the issue and the cost of the capacitor if that proved to be the issue. James arrived within 20 minutes and confirmed the problem was the capacitor. My AC that I was going to replace this fall quit working in late July on a Sunday evening when the temperature was 85+. I called on Monday morning, they sent a guy out to give me an estimate Tuesday morning, I decided to go with a new AC and furnace and they were both installed by Thursday afternoon. The crew and salesman were very professional and polite. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Affordable AC & Heating.

Our 20 year furnace was replaced quickly and at a very fair cost. Each individual we dealt with was professional, informative and thorough. Technicians arrived on time, went to work right away and didn’t stop working until installation was completed( over 5 hours). They cleaned up the work area and answered questions we had. I had a great experience with the technicians that served our home. They came in really fast and were nothing but professional. Cody and Brad were awesome and very responsive, even texted back when I had follow-up questions.
