Clay is the Man! If you want your system repaired and avoid having the sales pitch of a new unit, contact affordable air conditioning. Clay is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly. He showed up within 45 minutes of my call and fixed my gas furnace. My furnace was built and installed in 1986. He surprisingly found the part it needed (fan inducer motor). I was expecting the dreaded "need to upgrade" pitch. He replaced the motor in 30 minutes. The system is working and we have heat again.
These guys are excellent. Very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I'm much cooler now.
