Thad provided excellent customer service, friendly, respectful. He answers the phone and responds very quickly. His prices were fair and keeps to the quotes and timelines he gives you. We have used his services twice. We have two AC units. One broke down last year and he did such a great job we used his services again this year and he provided the same great service.

Outstanding response by Affordable Air & Repair when I called with rooftop a/c problems. Thad, the owner, responded very quickly to survey the unit and offer solutions. His bid was straightforward, comprehensive and yes, AFFORDABLE. We chose a new unit which he installed just days later. The work was very professional and thorough. I will absolutely call him if my other aging a/c needs attention and strongly recommend his service!

I just had this company at my home. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a business. Thad (the owner) was on time (early in fact) and was very cordial. He did an annual checkup at a very affordable price. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't need. He answered all my questions in easy to understand terms. I would recommend this business and I will use this company again.
