Roy came out from Bastrop's Affordable A/C & Heating on a Friday late afternoon. I really didn't expect such a fast response time so late in the day, but Roy came out, in the rain and assessed my HVAC repair needs. He was friendly, prompt, very courteous and highly knowledgeable. The HVAC repairs and installs they'd done in the past speak volumes to their abilities and work ethic. Highly recommend for residential, restaurant heating and air and commercial repairs.
This company has come to my home over week ago. Informed me on Monday they are coming out after I called them directly. We scheduled for today from 11/29 1-2. I started calling them at 4 pm. I can’t get no one to answer my call or text message. My family and I have been sleeping in a home temperature is 50-54 degrees. Please don’t use this company it’s a waste of your time and money. If I could change my ratings I would definitely give them a -10.
I hired this company to do my whole HVAC installation for my new built home. When I first contacted them, the owner Sam seemed knowledgeable and explained the installation thoroughly in detail. Sam sounded like he knew what he was doing. So I decided to hire them for my job. Little did I know that everything would be a scam. They “installed” the outdoor/indoor units but they did a horrible job with the ductwork. None of it was placed correctly. Showed up with shop vac to clean vents.Didnt tape the ducts around vents as discussed.Charged 400 never came back as promised to finish job.I am on fixed income and senior citizen. Thanks Roy for ripping me off my money.
Any previous reviews recanted. Do not use Sam or Roy. It is now costing me 4 digits to get their mess cleaned up so I have Heat & Air. Tried working with them on a very flexible schedule but never returned calls after 1st one. DIY before you call this place! A very disappointed, unsatisfied former customer!
