This is my first-time roof replacement, I learned about Affordable 1 after seeing the impressive work done on my neighbor's roof. We are lucky have Khanh , our excellent project consultant, guided us through the entire process. I hired Affordable-1 to replace the roof on our new home, largely because Brett Ross, the general manager, was a former neighbor and someone I wanted to support. During the initial inspection, Joe from their team mentioned that the soffits might need replacing if they were damaged. After completing the roof replacement, they claimed the soffits were fine and reinstalled them—but failed to seal the gaps between them or around the edges.
