Excellent roofing company! Very patient when dealing with insurance and always willing to explain and help. Honest, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend. Went above and beyond to work with our insurance and their work is top notch with through detailing and the above all the price was very fair.
Khanh was fantastic with dealing with our insurance to make sure they understood the roof and gutter damage was more than our deductible so that we didn't have nearly as much out-of-pocket cost. He kept us updated as the process went along. When it came time to discuss the insurance appraisal and repair, he was very up front and honest. The repair work went quick and smoothly. We will definitely used Affordable 1 for further needs should they arise.
Khahn and Affordable 1 did a great job on my roof install. Been working with them on a couple projects and Khahn does his best to be honest and transparent with me, unlike other roofing companies. Would recommend them.
Khanh did an amazing job on my roof, my roof was damaged from the hurricane last year and he has been with me every step of way to make sure the insurance paid for the proper repairs, great guy to deal with
