I called and rented a storage unit in Kingsport. I don't remember the girls name but she was very sweet and professional, as well as very helpful. Within minutes I had a storage unit rented and was ready to start moving in. Exceptional service!!!

Kellie was amazing. We immediately connected at soul and she was able to help make a rather difficult day so easy for my husband and I. Great attitude, lots of patience, and an ability to connect and build a trusted client relationship. 10 stars if I could just for her service, heart and consciousness. Truly a divine woman.

They were great. I called about renting a storage unit and Kellie was super nice. When we went to go look at it, I called her back and she answered all my questions. I would definitely rent from Mini Mall Storage.

The facility is very clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff member kelly was very helpful in all aspects of the rental process. She made it very easy to get exactly what I was looking for! I to anyone looking for storage solutions to use Mini Mall storage.
