A great big thank you to Afford-a-bounce! We had a great birthday party on Saturday the kids loved it. We loved your wide varity of inflatables and prices. We picked up are bounce house for $69.99 and returned it the next day. Everyone from the front office to the guys in the back we're super nice, friendly and helpful. We didn't have any issue my husband had it up and running in less than 30 minutes! Worked perfectly! We will be repeat customers and tell our friends!!
They were very professional with all the questions I had. They came early to drop off and set up everything very well. Plus their Elmo's world Bounce house fit very well with our Sesame Street party.
unprofessional, the man that came out gave us a useless water slide bounce house because there were leaks and no compensation on their part to keep bring satification for inconvenience. kids had to stop paying and wait until man came back
AWFUL. Do not use this company. Worst customer service. You take a chance that after your bounce house is delivered it will not function properly and good luck. You are stuck paying $250 with no entertainment and a flat bounce house. My husband called and spoke with the manager who was incredibly inappropriate and rude. When we called 3 times panicked because we didn't have a bounce house working properly, the manager said, "ok fine I'll come get the bounce house then".
