RecommendedUnion has been fantastic every single time. We have been with them since before Dr.Sutton took over and things have only got better with time. Dr.Grifith is extremely attentive and caring and spares no details in explaining your pets health. She was more than helpful when our male dog was in his last days. Not happy with how they treated dog. Said they could not properly diagnose due to pain. Waited 3 hrs in parking lots. Got name(wrong) phone(wrong)and most importantly small dog weight off by more than 3lbs(WRONG). Gave medication that was unable to use. The syringe wouldn"t go into top. It wasnt correct medication anyhow. South Hill Vet put dog on antibiotics and pain releiver. They said even though it was clear dog was in pain they where more than a month and half. Four of my dogs have seen Dr. Griffith and she was so very attentive the their plethora of needs. (Three of them have pretty serious medical conditions.) I appreciated that even though we were curbside, the time and effort was taken to discuss each dog in detail. The prices were also great! (They may seem expensive according to some reviews on here, but I price checked 4 clinics. Having several dogs gets expensive!)
I have tried multiple times to give Union Animal Hospital a chance. I have two senior dogs and they have a lot of needs that I'm juggling to afford. People scheduling and at the front desk treat us like we are an inconvenience to them nearly every interaction. After multiple attempts and chances, I'm done. Care for your clients is important. Lose the attitude with people paying a hefty price for you to care for their pets.

they're very friendly, they take very good care of your pets, very understanding, very knowledgeable. I had to take my cat Cinnamon in for an eye issue and they took care of him very well.
