Wonderful prenatal yoga If you are looking for a prenatal yoga class, look no further. Shelley's class is a treat for pregnant women. Her style is warm and gentle but the poses are challenging whether you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for a while. My favorite part was her gentle massage w/ essential oils during savasana.

Lacking Customer Service I made an appointment for a massage and facial. I was told by Lauren (the receptionist) that I could trade in my yoga studio gift card (worth $100) for a massage and facial that was $125 and I was going to pay extra. Lauren scheduled my appointment and she was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment. Always a great massage I have been going to the Body Spa for almost 3 years now and have never had anything but a quality massage. The price is also quite reasonable for the service provided!

mediocre. bodyspa holds outrageous prices for the services they offer. sure, they are good, but i'm convinced there are other businesses that will offer quality services but at a more reasonable price. i will only go here if i truly have no other options, eg. my schedule won't allow driving somewhere further.
