The nurse practitioner, Tracie, is a complete train wreck. She put me on the wrong male hormone prescription, which my primary care doctor said was making me sick. She was unorganized, unprofessional, and came in late to all my appointments. She was very touchy feely and made sexually suggestive comments to me. I asked for a refund and she yelled to me saying that she cant afford to give out refunds!! I would stay clear of this Sociopath!!
I love Affirm Weight Loss! The hours are so convenient, the staff so friendly! I felt hope from my first visit with Tracie O, the nurse practitioner. I feel I am going to be successful!
