Pitiful customer service even after using them multiple times to finance items. They are a joke and I would recommend them to my worst enemy. stay far away from these clowns.

This company offered me a loan for another company called 1stop bedroom . 1stopbedroom try to sell me a bedroom set with a missing dresser so I refuse their shipment. In refusing the shipment I was charged a $2000 restocking fee which affirm honored for them instead of the person they gave the loan to, I did not pay the $2000 they ended up selling it to collections I finally decide to contact the collection agency to settle this loan of course the collection agency settle this loan for a lesser amount but now Affirm will not... read more
