Very knowledge about home values.
Apparently, some appraisers from this company are living in different dimension or time. The market of real estate is freaking hot and high for the last couple years, where a smart appraiser called “Kurt” is trying to fix/adjust the market and bring it low by his unsustained comparables. He literally tries hard to use any random low sold house in area from more than two years as reference in his reports. THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! This was a great experience. Kurt was professional and had a quick response time. I am very confident in the appraisal and it was a great value.
