Great experience considering the circumstances! The office is very nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Once I went back for surgery, I was so surprised how attentive everyone was to every detail, even making sure I was warm enough. What surprised me the most was that you were back there with the doctors and nurses and right outside the OR rooms. Highly recommend coming here over a hospital. Amazing care!
The staff was extremely nice and helpful! My only issue is that me and my partner prepared to take our daughter (5y) to a surgery and made sure to ask and recheck online to see if we could both go back with her before surgery and were told no on the day of the procedure. “That needed to be updated because we haven’t done that before Covid”
I feel very satisfied. Doctor Monroe was very attentive & respectful, and the nurses were exceptional. 100% recommend.
