I recently had hand surgery at Affinity Surgery Center, and I have to say—from start to finish—the experience was excellent. Everyone I encountered made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel calm and comfortable. Right when I walked in, Audrey at the front desk set the tone—friendly, professional, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. One star because my husband had a appt and I swear these places are just getting worse and worse like our time doesn't mean crap well I will say this our time is !!! Why give out appointment if the staff can't do it on time!!! Quit over booking!!!
