One star because my husband had a appt and I swear these places are just getting worse and worse like our time doesn't mean crap well I will say this our time is !!! Why give out appointment if the staff can't do it on time!!! Quit over booking!!!
This surgery was good. Thank you to Audrey, my pre-op nurse Meghan, all my nurses Meghan, Helen, Natalie, and Michelle. You were all awesome with my tiny veins.
What a joke They overbook so badly that patients have to wait hours On top of that they wouldn’t let me see him before he went in The reason is that there were so many people there, all angry Worst experience ever
I was waiting in lobby for my mother surgery to be finished, and I took a call from another Dr. And the receptionist came out and pointed to the sign no phone calls and told me my go outside. I said there is no one in here by my sister and I. Meanwhile the staff upfront can be loud shopping for their children's Christmas gifts.... totally unacceptable and uncalled for with no one in the lobby
