I highly recommend Achieve It Physical Therapy in Silver Spring. Phyllis Williams and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They are attentive to everyone's individual needs and goals. They spend the extra time to insure that each client's treatment will yield the desired results. I've had physical therapy from other providers, but Achieve It is The Best!
I was referred to Achieve It by my podiatrist after suffering progressively worsening foot pain while exercising. The routine Phyllis put together for me made such an enormous difference. With time and work (you’ve got to do your at-home exercises!) the pain gradually lessened, to the point where standing, running and walking for longs periods of time regained their ease, and the pain I felt when doing more intense workouts lessened significantly. For an empty place it lacks professionalism if I were them I would treat everyone like kings and queens. I’d rather carry my injury than coming here. Don’t recommend this place at all.
Have been a patient for several months and they’ve helped me worked through both injuries. The entire staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I've received. Well suited for those who are willing to work through the harder parts of therapy and who believe in supplemental methods.
