When I started PT at Achieve it, I was limping, in pain and had trouble taking the stairs. Thanks to Phyllis Williams and her team at Achive It, I am now painfree, walking normally, and back to my vigourous exercise program. Phyllis is incredibly knowlegeable, professional, and kind.
