Great prices & i like that they don’t keep the babies locked up all day. Remy was excited to see me when i picked him up. I feel like he had a good time there. He was also tired for the rest of the night which is good. We will be back 👍🏼 The drop off process was quick and easy since i printed off the forms and filled it out beforehand. Perfect for people that need to drop off their babies quickly to head to work/ school.
Richard and Dale are the best. They love your dog and their attention to detail is unmatched.
We left Roscoe for a week and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m extremely particular about who keeps Roscoe. We treat him as human as possible and he’s our baby! I feel great about leaving him with Affinity Retreat. I know that he is being well taken care of. They are just a phone call away and believe me, I call 🤣It really makes me feel good that he is not locked up in a kennel all day everyday. This is the 2nd time we have entrusted AR with Roscoe! We will definitely continue to use them in the future! 💙
Their customer service was inconsistent with the service they were willing to offer my pet and I. I reviewed them on google and managements combative response essentially said I was lying. That did not aid in their epic fail at customer service and I would never leave my pet here.

You were lying and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Especially dogs that you said didn't get along with other dogs. Say what you want about us, the conversation is recorded. You stop by and hear it if you want. We don't want YOU as a customer. Customers are not always right, and you're crazy. Sorry, not sorry. Go somewhere else!
Our phone calls were never returned. We tried to pick up our Great Dane a day earlier than we had originally planned, but our calls were never answered and there was no response to our voice-mail. Maggie smelled nice and looked very clean, but her nails were not clipped and that was something we specifically needed done. Also, Maggie only stayed three nights, but she came home depressive for nearly two days. I had never seen her act in such a way. Love this place. Feel totally comfortable leaving my “kids” at Affinity.
Wonderful pet retreat! My yorkie River loves to come stay! Every time I leave him I make sure to have him groomed because no one does as good as Affinity Retreat! The only place I would leave River with and the only place I have him groomed. Great people that goes out of their way to make sure your pet is well taken care of. Highly recommend.
My labradoodle did have some matting, but when we picked him up, I was appalled by the gapping, non-blended, and all-around terrible grooming. It happened during the COVID/social distancing so I chose to address too late for them to acknowledge. I absolutely do not recommend. Far better at PetSmart.
