I had originally left a 5-star review for this company but am now updating it after using them for two years. It has not been a pleasant experience. They have difficulty finding quality tenants, probably because they just put a lock box on the door and have people do their own showings. There is no care for the individual. Great property manager. They are willing to work with their tenants and act fairly, just as long as you return the favor. When issues arise, they work with you to resolve them and provide clear communication throughout the process. It is quite apparent that the relationships they maintain are very important, which is something that you don't see much, especially with larger property managers. You won't be disappointed if you have a lease with Affinity!

Don't rent from them they don't fix stuff and lady has a bad attitude when you even try to talk to her and has people trespass on my property all the time. There is probably mold under the carpets it floods every time it rains and they don't pull up the carpet to dry under neath they just put a fan on it won't let us park in are driveway so the neighbors could take there garbage through
