I’ve been going to Affinity Psychological Services for years. I have gone in varying frequency, sometimes every couple weeks, sometimes as needed. Whether I need to vent or need input on something I’m battling, I always leave feeling heard and respected. Becca Sawyer-Smith has helped me through some really challenging times. She is quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend using their services.
