Waited 40 minutes to make a deposit in the drive thru.
I wanted to buy a CD from Affinity. Their website listed a 13-month CD at 5%. I thought I'd better call before driving over. Ten people were ahead of me on the call. After a long time listening to some terrible hold music, I got connected to a person. When I asked about the rate, she said, "It's been a long time since we offered that rate. The current rate is 3.9%." If I can't trust them to keep their website current, or answer their phones in a decent amount of time, how can I trust them with my money?

Wendy the branch manager is awful. Just rude and combative when there was a mistake made. While it’s partially my fault for not verifying the information the Jennie bents gave me, I had followed her instructions to a T but oddly enough they didn’t have that recorded message even though Wendy said they are all recorded.
