Did a drive up to drop off some cash. Apparently it was a new person. She had a problem and took her a while before she asked for help. Once the help came it took a while to straighten things out. The issue was resolved. However, it took a long time and there was little communication with me to let me know what was going on.
Wish they were open later during the week, but otherwise love banking here
